Who We Are

Samantha Weidner is the founder and lead attorney at Samantha Weidner, Attorney and Counselor at Law, LLC. Samantha is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas and moved to New Orleans to attend Tulane University for undergrad, and fell in love with New Orleans culture. Samantha graduated from Tulane in 2006 with degrees in Political Science and Psychology and graduated from Loyola New Orleans College of Law in 2011 with a J.D. in Civil Law. Samantha has been serving families of the greater New Orleans metro area for the past 14 years and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association. She has been named a SuperLawyers “Rising Star” for the past 7 years, showcasing her professionalism and ability to work with peers throughout Louisiana. In addition, Samantha regularly volunteers with the Pro Bono Project of New Orleans and Catholic Charities to assist those in underserved communities. Samantha is passionate about providing professional and reliable legal assistance for families in the Greater New Orleans metro area. When she is not in the office, you can find Samantha exploring New Orleans with her daughter, relaxing at the beach, soaking up the magic of Disney World, traveling the world and bing-watching Netflix with her cat, Cinderella.
